About Me

I started a piano lesson at 5 years old. Also I started a Electone(YAMAHA electric organ) lesson at 16 years old. After high school, I worked at YAMAHA as a Electone player and teacher until 1979.

I studied composition and synthesizer at Berklee College of Music from 1979 to 1983.

After I came back to Japan, I played synthesizers in a band, such as “Chocolate Lips(RCA)”, “EVE(CBS SONY)”. Also I started to operate the Fairlight CMI III, and I operated it at recordings on the studio, such as Eri Hiramatsu(PONY CANYON), Shoko Suzuki(EPIC SONY), Satomi Matsushita(Toshiba EMI).

I joined for operator of the Mac sequencer(Vision, Logic) at recordings on the studio, such as Yoshihiro Kanno/A Voice,The Pulsar-Ensphere (DENON, 1996), Jun Fukamachi/Civilisation(J-one art in life, 1999).

I had taught on the music and sound design course in the Senzoku College of Music from 1994 to 2009.

I live in Tokyo now.
