About Me

My name is Mark Franco and I was born and raised in Tempe, AZ. All my life I have been involved in music. I began writing music at the age of 5 and recorded it on my little voice recorder. In 6th grade I picked up the Saxophone and never let it go. I was in Symphonic band, Jazz band, had a stint in Marching band. After high school reality hit me hard when I found out there are not a lot of jobs out there in music. That was until I found the Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences. I began my first internship at Master Status Studio in Gilbert, AZ. After my completion I started interning at Crush Recording Studio in Scottsdale, AZ where I received most of my experience. I was made assistant in 1 month and then staff engineer in 3 months. But as I came to realize, there was plenty more I needed to learn, and now I’m here at Berklee looking to improve my skillset.

My entire life’s mission is to create music that will leave a legacy for my family’s name. I am super passionate about music and feel there is no other industry I belong in. I am looking to make a move out to California and work my way up from the bottom all over again.
