Randy Hetlage ( guitarist and guitar synthesis for the music group ~ “Morphelonious” ~ ) has studied privately or in group class or seminar with some of the world’s most prominent musicians and guitarists. Included in this list are:
Joe pass, Joe Diorio, Tal Farlow, Howard Roberts, Robben Ford, Scott Henderson, Allan Holdsworth, Jim Kelly, Steve Freeman, Bob Doezema, Kenneth Taft, Steve Vogel, Ron Eshete, Steve Vai, Mick Goodrick, Pat Martino, Jennifer Batten, Steve Travoto, Don Mock, John Scofield, Steve Moorse, Gary Burton, Chick Corea, Al DiMiola, Jeff Berlin, Bunny Burnell, John McGlaughlin, and many more.
With a focus on Jazz, funk, rock. R+B and fusion, and a solid grounding in music theory, many of his students have become very successful musicians themselves, several winning music scholarships, and some touring the Americas with prominent acts.
