About Me
I live in the exiting city of Shanghai in the P.R. of China! I am a classically trained cellist and teacher and my first full time job was in the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra (CPO) in South Africa. After about four years as orchestra musician and a year’s sabbatical in Portugal, studying and free-lancing as cellist, I hung up my full-time performer jacket and became an international school music teacher. My first posting was in Saudi Arabia at the British International School of Al Khobar. I was in Saudi Arabia for three years and had a great time!
